No. All properties are acquired with cash, no mortgage, no interest payments. This means rental income goes to investors, not to a bank.

Turnkey rentals already rented or set to be rented immediately after acquisition. The focus is on properties intended to generate rental income upon or shortly after acquisition.

Recurring property expenses (tax, insurance, management etc) are covered first. The net income after those costs is what’s distributed to investors.

Yes. Each property includes a capital reserve account funded as part of the raise. This covers non-recurring expenses that may arise.

You get a full refund. Whether the property doesn’t reach full subscription or the acquisition falls through after. Your money comes back.

Yes. It’s all or nothing. Only properties that reach 100% subscription are acquired. All cash.

Investor funds are processed through regulated financial and escrow infrastructure. Every purchase generates legal documentation reflecting your investment.

Every property is assigned to a property manager with localized experience in the corresponding market. They handle tenants, maintenance, and operations.

Two paths: sell your investment on the platform’s secondary market (in development), or receive proceeds when a property is sold after its holding period.
